Cancel anytime from the dashboard. You keep service through the end of your billing period. We don't ask why and we don't make you call a retention rep. We do ask for a one-sentence reason in the cancellation form because it helps us improve, but you can skip it.

Yes. Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest, and the platform is HIPAA-compatible. We never share, sell, or use your call data to train models. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

No. You pay one flat monthly price for your tier — $199, $399, or $799. No setup fee. No per-minute charges. No annual contract. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. If your call volume exceeds your tier's limit, we'll tell you in advance and recommend an upgrade — we don't surprise you with overage bills.

Yes — Spanish is handled natively. On request we can add other languages. Bilingual handling is included on Growth and Scale tiers.
