- You earn a percentage of what your referred customers pay HeizerDesk, every month, for as long as they remain customers — lifetime attribution, no expiry, no cap. The first commission month unlocks 30 days after their first paid day (this protects everyone against instant cancellations). Payouts go out monthly via your chosen method.
- Your split is set by how many live accounts you hold — 30% from 1 account, 35% from 5 accounts, 40% from 15 accounts — and it applies to your entire book, not just new accounts. Cross a threshold and everything you own re-prices upward automatically.
- Tracking window: 90 days from the most recent click on your link. One partner per customer, ever. Self-referrals and businesses that are already HeizerDesk customers don't qualify.
- If your referral moves up a plan, your commission rises with it automatically. If a customer cancels, your commission on that account stops — but every month you have already earned is yours. Once paid, it is never clawed back.
- Promote honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, no bidding on "HeizerDesk" brand terms in paid search, and follow all applicable email/text messaging laws.
- US partners earning $600+ in a calendar year must provide a W-9 before further payouts (IRS 1099 rules).
- We may update the program with 30 days' notice — commissions already earned are always honored, and a rate change never applies backwards.
