Built for mortgage brokers

They called four brokers. The first one back gets the loan.

The AI front office for mortgage brokers — every inquiry answered on the first ring and qualified before it reaches you.

(385) 454‑9286 is a real line — call it and talk to the same AI that would answer for your business. Five minutes of your time to set up · keep your number · cancel anytime.

You already know this one

Someone fills in a rate form at nine at night and calls the number on it.

You're asleep, or on the phone with an underwriter.

They filled in three other forms on the same site.

Whoever calls back first is the one they talk to.

That ends here.

A real call, start to finish

Don't take our word for it. Listen to one.

This is a call being handled start to finish — the questions asked, the job booked, the owner notified. Then call the line yourself and ask it about a first-time buyer asking what they can afford. It's the same AI that would answer for you.

Thanks for calling Cedar Creek Plumbing, this is Rachel, the
Hey, Rachel. How are doing today? My name is Jeff Smith, and it's not a really big deal, but I have a twenty five year old water tank, water heater, hot water heater, whatever. And it's blown. It doesn't fire up anymore. So I'd like to get it replaced.
Thanks for
You have anything available this afternoon?
I have two o'clock or four thirty this afternoon. Which works better for you?
Jeez. I wasn't expecting that's great. How about, uh, two?
You're booked for two o'clock today. What's the service address for the water heater replacement?
One twenty three main street
Got it. What's the best callback number for you, Jeff?
This is the number I'm calling from. Eight zero one five five five one two one two.
Let me read that back: eight zero one, five five five, one two one two. Is that correct?
That's correct.
Thank you, Jeff. You're booked for two o'clock today at one twenty three Main Street. The team will see you then. Anything else you need help with right now?
No. Thanks so much for your help, Rachel.
You're welcome, Jeff. We'll take care of it. Have a good day.

On the calendar · confirmation sent · owner alerted

An unedited recording of a real call to our demo line. Every call is logged, transcribed and summarised for you — before you check your phone.

A full front office. Not an answering machine.

Trained on your services, your prices, your hours and the way you talk to customers.

Answers every inquiry instantly, including nights and weekends

Qualifies properly: buying or refinancing, price range, down payment, first-time buyer, timeline

Books the consultation with you while they're still interested

Never quotes a rate, a payment, or an approval — that stays with a licensed advisor

Never asks for a Social Security number or bank details over the phone

Sends you the transcript and a clean summary of where they actually are

You decide what's urgent. It follows your rule.

Not a setting buried in a menu — a sentence you write, in your own words, about your own business.

What an owner in your trade might write
"A rate lock or a financing deadline expiring inside a few days — get me on the phone."

A business emergency is not a 911 emergency — and it doesn't treat them the same.

A flooded basement, a dead furnace in January, a sparking outlet: that's a business emergency, and your receptionist follows the rule you wrote and reaches your on-call person while the caller is still on the line. Fire, smoke, gas or injury is not a business problem — there it tells the caller to hang up and dial 911. HeizerDesk is never a substitute for emergency services.

What are missed calls costing you?

Your numbers, not ours — this uses only what you enter below.

Estimated revenue opportunity

$26,867/mo

about $322,400 a year, walking to whoever answers instead.

How this is calculated

Calls per week × the share that go unanswered × 52 ÷ 12 = missed calls a month; multiplied by the value you gave a new customer. It assumes every missed call was a customer you'd have won, so treat it as the ceiling rather than a forecast — the point is the size of the number, not the number. The 62% default comes from 411 Locals — 30-day study of 85 small businesses across 58 industries; drag it to whatever is true for you.

Every one of those callers heard voicemail. Most won't leave a message — they'll just call the next name on the list.

Live in three steps

Five minutes of your time. The AI does the building.

1

Five minutes of you

Short answers about your business. The AI reads your website and picks up your services, prices and hours on its own.

2

You hear it first

It builds your front office, then we call you so you can talk to it yourself. It goes live only when you say it sounds right.

3

Forward your line. Done.

Keep your number. From that moment every call is answered, booked and followed up — 24/7.

Nothing goes live until you say so. You talk to your own receptionist on a test call before a single customer ever reaches it.

Questions, answered

Will it quote a rate?
No — never a rate, an APR, a monthly payment, a loan amount, or closing costs. Rates move daily and only a licensed loan officer may quote them. It says a licensed advisor will go through the numbers, and books that conversation.
Will it tell someone whether they qualify?
No, in either direction. It never says approved, pre-approved, or unlikely, and it never discourages anyone from applying. It gathers the picture and hands it to you.
Does it collect Social Security numbers or bank details?
It's specifically instructed not to ask for or accept them on a call — no SSN, no date of birth, no credit score, no account numbers. That belongs in your secure application, and it says so.
What does it actually get from a caller?
Whether they're buying or refinancing, the price range, the down payment they have in mind, whether it's a first purchase, employment type, and their timeline — so you open the callback already knowing whether it's worth an hour.
Will my callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes — and we're proud of that. Your receptionist says who it is in the opening greeting: your business's AI assistant. No tricks, no pretending to be a person, and if a caller asks outright it tells them again. What actually earns a caller's trust is picking up on the first ring at nine at night and solving the problem — and being straight about it from the first sentence keeps you on the right side of every disclosure rule as they arrive.
How do I hear about my hot leads and important calls?
You decide what counts as a hot lead when you set it up. Those calls jump to the top of your dashboard with everything you need — who called, what they want, their callback number, the full transcript — and they're marked unread until you've looked. If it's the kind of call you want to take live, your receptionist puts them straight through to you instead. Everything else is handled without you.
What happens if it can't answer a caller's question?
It hands the call to a real person — you, or whoever is next on the list you gave it. If nobody picks up, it takes a detailed message, and the call lands in your dashboard with a transcript, a plain-English summary, and the caller's number. You never sit through a voicemail again.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
It's built not to guess. When a question falls outside what you've told it, it doesn't invent an answer — it follows the fallback you chose: hand the call to a person, take a detailed message, or promise a callback. Every call is recorded and transcribed, so if it ever handles something the wrong way you can read exactly what was said, fix the instruction in your dashboard, and have the corrected version answering your line about a minute later. You are never left guessing what your own phone said.
What happens when a caller has a real emergency?
You write the rules for what counts as an emergency in your business, and your receptionist follows them on the call — including connecting the caller straight to your on-call person right then. The call is flagged urgent at the top of your dashboard and recorded as an emergency, and you get it in writing by email. For fire, smoke, gas or injury it tells the caller to hang up and dial 911 — that one is built in and needs no setup.
Will my calls show up as "Spam Likely"?
No — before your line goes live we register and brand your number with the major carriers so it displays your business name instead of a spam label. It takes the carriers a few days to clear, which is why we do it as part of go-live rather than leaving it to you.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. The number on your cards, your website, and your Google listing stays exactly where it is — your Connect page shows your carrier's exact forwarding code with your number already filled in, and on a cell phone it's one tap that dials itself. Prefer to answer when you can? Choose "you first" and your receptionist only picks up what you can't. Turning it off is one tap too.
How is this different from the AI answering services?
They answer the phone. HeizerDesk runs the whole front office — the call, the questions, the handoff to a person, the booking, the confirmation, the follow-up, and the reporting — and it's trained on your business rather than reading a script off a card. It also never puts anyone on hold, because it can take several calls at the same time.
What if two people call at once?
They both get answered. Your receptionist isn't one person with one phone — it takes several calls at the same time, so a busy Monday morning sounds exactly like a quiet Tuesday afternoon to whoever is calling you. Nobody hears a busy signal and nobody waits on hold.
How long does setup take?
Your part is about five minutes of short answers about your business. Our AI does the building: it reads your website, drafts your front office, and gets it ready. Then we call you so you can talk to it yourself, ask it what your customers ask, and change anything that isn't right — it goes live only when you say so. The last step is forwarding your line, which most carriers do in about a minute.
Can I change how it works after it's live?
Yes, and you don't have to call us. Your dashboard has an Edit page for the things you'll actually want to change — its name and voice, your hours, what it says and never says, who calls transfer to, what counts as an emergency, your prices. Save, hit "Put my changes live," and your line is running the new version in about a minute. It's included in your plan; there's no charge for changing your mind.
What integrations do you support?
Calendars are built in — Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal — and so are emailed summaries and follow-ups. Texting works too, once your number is registered with the phone companies (see the next answer). If you need something else hooked up, ask us and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.
Why does texting need extra paperwork, and can I skip it for now?
Yes, you can skip it — nothing about your phone line waits on this. US carriers are required to know which business is behind every number that sends texts, so before we can switch texting on we register your number with them. That means telling them who you are: your legal business name, your tax ID, and one person at the company as the named contact. It's a short form, and no ID or documents are uploaded — we handle the platform side of the registration ourselves. You can do it during setup or months later; until then your receptionist answers calls, books work and emails people exactly as it would otherwise. The only thing that waits is texting.
What if I cancel?
Open the Billing tab in your dashboard, click through to the payment portal, and cancel there. Service runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. No retention call, no exit interview, no cancellation fee. If you tell us why we'll listen, but nothing asks you to.
Is my call data secure?
Yes. Call recordings and transcripts are encrypted at rest, access is limited to your account, and we never share, sell, or use your call data to train AI models. Card details never touch our servers — payments run through a certified processor. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Do you train AI on my customers' calls?
No. Your calls are your business data. We don't feed your recordings or transcripts into model training — not ours, and not the AI providers we build on. The AI behind your receptionist improves because the underlying models improve and because we improve the product, never because your customers' conversations were used as training material. What your calls are used for is your own account: your dashboard, your transcripts, your summaries, your reports.
Are there any hidden fees, per-minute charges, or contracts?
No. One flat monthly price for your plan. No setup fee, no per-minute charges, no annual contract, and no extra charge when better AI ships or when you reconfigure your receptionist. If your call volume outgrows your plan we tell you in advance and talk about the next one — you'll never open an overage bill you didn't see coming.
Can it handle Spanish-speaking callers?
Yes, on the Growth and Scale plans. You switch bilingual reception on during setup and your receptionist handles the call in English or Spanish depending on what the caller speaks. We test it with you on your go-live call before a single customer hears it. Other languages — ask us.
Who is HeizerDesk for?
Any small business that lives and dies by the phone — service companies, professional practices, and appointment-based businesses. Your receptionist is trained on your services, your prices, and the way you talk to customers, so it sounds like it has worked there for years rather than like a call center reading a script.
